Counter-deformation measures for poor-soil and swamp-based subgrade were jointly developed by Soyuzdorproject OAO and Gexa. The project design documentation (Volume 3.1.14 enclosed) includes:
- reinforced and non-reinforced embankment stability calculations;
- subgrade settlement and compressed width value calculations;
- requirements to geosynthetics performance;
- technical and economic assessment of embankment reinforcement versions;
- tabled results of subgrade calculations and counter-deformation measures by section.
800,000 m2 of Geospan GT PP 80 woven polypropylene geotextile was laid by contractor Dorogi I Mosty AO during 2022 to 2023. Avtodor’s technical department pointed out a high quality of the geofabrics supplied to the project.
