Geospan GT PP 80 woven geotextile was used in 2024 for construction of a subgrade course at 223rd km to 243th section of Nevelsk – Tomari – Shakhtyorsk airport motorway, that will enable extension of the road pavement service life, extension of inter-repair spans and decrease in operation cost.
Geospan GT PP is loom-made of strong polypropylene fibers based on primary high-quality raw materials. Thanks to well-elaborated production process and the raw-materials component, the geosynthetics possess high strength and low elongation that allows the material use as separating-reinforcing layers to increase the bearing capacity of motorways, embankments and other structures.
